About this cause
We would like to support disadvantaged, vulnerable and disabled children and young people via an online platform, with a combination of our Musical Minds and Capture Crew sessions.
Inner Trust provide services to groups of vulnerable people to support mental health, wellbeing and resilience. We empower people to grow, understand and cope with life around them by providing a range of therapies and projects. We use non-traditional and innovative approaches, such as music, creative and performing arts, in a welcoming environment and safe space.
How this cause brings people in the community together
The sessions will give participants a voice and let them be heard on subjects they are passionate about. There will be themes such as ‘Let’s Talk Lockdown’ to kick-start conversations. Challenging behaviour will be channelled constructively in a creative way that helps bring positive behaviour changes that last outside the sessions, helping families cope better during Covid-19. The project will allow us to work all over the Crewe area for the next 12 months.
